Audi extends new car warranty and extended warranty to support customers during Covid-19
Audi is offering its customers an extension of new car and extended warranties. This measure is being introduced short-term in many markets around the world as many customers have been, or still are, unable to visit an Audi dealership and report their warranty claims due to the ongoing Corona crisis.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect us all, our highest priority is to ensure our staff, customers and suppliers are protected. With this mind, we have commenced remote operations where possible and all of our call center staff are also handling enquiries remotely from their homes.
AudiStream: online ticket to the world of Audi
Despite the corona pandemic and halted production, customers and fans can explore the high-tech production of Audi with the online AudiStream tour experience. The plant in Ingolstadt is open to visitors in virtual form. Anyone interested can book an interactive tour online at www.audi.stream and experience Audi at home on their screen.
The operating hours are subject to all the ongoing regulations and requirements provided by the respective government authority concerning the current situation with regards to covid 19.

If necessary service work cannot be carried out in a timely manner due to limitations of our dealer operations, the service should be completed as soon as reasonably possible and once normal operations resume.
The vehicle warranty will remain valid until the required service is completed on the condition that the service was not delayed for reasons solely attributed to the vehicle owner (e.g. owner did not bring car in time before expiry of warranty) or not related to restrictions on dealer operations. We will prioritize overdue service and maintenance work once normal operations resume. Please ensure you have written confirmation regarding the delayed service of your Audi in order to ensure continuity of warranty. This only applies in case of Closure of business in light of relative Government authority decision.

Acceptance of applicability of the warranty, if applicable, shall be communicated separately by the respective authorized dealer.

Please consult local government authority rules with regards to movement restrictions during this time. If allowed to drive, and if there are no dashboard warning lights present you can continue to drive the vehicle if the mandatory service is overdue and cannot be completed to maximum of 1000km after the service is due (Conditioned to no warning signs in dash board).
